The Role The purpose of the role is to lead and deliver Specialist Construction, Civil Engineering and Estate Management programmes across QinetiQ’s Maritime Estate, to ensure a high level of service delivery resulting in successful outcomes to programme and cost. This will involve leading Programmes for both internal and external stakeholders The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad breadth of experience managing projects and programmes across building including monthly management reporting Delivery of the Programme outcomes, to agreed baseline (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales) Leadership; being able to establish the vision and direction for the programme (in line with the ISBP), to influence and align others towards this common purpose, and to empower
