The Role As a Leadership Team Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, professional support to the Maritime & Land Managing Director, ensuring effective diary and time management to enable delivery of objectives in line with business and customer deadlines

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for prioritising, monitoring, and coordinating email and written correspondence, as well as establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes. This includes the secure management, storage, and retrieval of information, with particular care for confidential, strategic, personal, and business critical materials.

Essential experience of the Leadership Team Personal Assistant:

• Proven experience in a Personal Assistant role at senior level with a track record of operating with high levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and virtual connectivity platform
• Demonstrates exceptional discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Proactive, self motivated, and achievement focused, with the ability to work independently and deliver high quality results
• Strong communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at all levels
• Highly organised and adaptable, effectively managing complex schedules, competing priorities, and high pressure situations with attention to detail

Essential qualifications for the Leadership Team Personal Assistant:

This role is 37 hours per week based at ourFarnborough site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.

At our Farnborough site exciting work takes place at our state-of-the-art facility, with high-energy laser technologies, our 5m pressurised wind tunnel which has a simulation capability that is unique in the UK and our large research and development projects is a real hub of creativity, research and innovation. Please note that all applicants for this role must be eligible for SC clearance, as a minimum.
