Responsibilities
- Capture progress updates from work package leads, adjust start and finish dates, review changes in sequencing or dependencies, and validate remaining durations.
- Day to day scheduling on a range of projects.
- Forecasting spend and communicating on shortfalls or obstacles.
- Analysis and reporting of data.
- Risk Management – Identify, assess, plan and implement risk response.
Essential Experience
- Clear communication skills is a MUST.
- Forecasting and scheduling experience is desirable.
- Analytical mind would be advantageous.
- Ability to work to tight and sometimes pressurised deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree educated or experienced in a similar role.
Location & Working Arrangements
This role is 37 hours per week based at Boscombe Down. Hybrid working patterns are available – expect 3 days per week on site.
