The Project Administrator role provides support to projects and programmes across the UK sectors.
Responsibilities
- Undertake tasks and activities, as required, in the delivery of project support in the UK business in accordance with the Portfolio Office Strategy and QinetiQ Business Management System and supporting processes.
- Provide support to project and programme managers and controllers.
- Management of classified material and assets (performing regular checks of registered items, organising secure disposals, dealing with secure paperwork).
- Management of information including the creation of SharePoint sites (setting up file structures, uploading documentation and maintaining version and change control).
- Organisation of customer meetings.
- Purchasing of goods and services.
- Monitoring and administration of project mailboxes, distributing information appropriately.
- Generation of reports.
Qualifications
- Level 3 or equivalent business administration qualification and/or evidence of equivalent experience.
