Role Type: Permanent - Full-time
Role Purpose: To deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activity for UKI business area, including coordination of contingent worker processes and contractor governance activity. The role supports permanent and contractor hiring activity to ensure recruitment is delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with agreed service standards, while maintaining operational oversight of onboarding readiness through Day 30 stabilisation.
Contingent Workforce & Contractor Coordination:
- Support accurate IR35 documentation and process compliance; act as the go-to IR35 advisor.
- Coordinate contractor and contingent worker hiring activity in line with agreed governance processes.
- Liaise with Supply Chain, hiring managers and suppliers regarding contractor onboarding and extensions.
- Escalate contractor process risks, delays and documentation issues where required.
- Maintain accurate contractor process records and system data.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned UKI portfolios.
- Support hiring managers from approved requisition through offer and onboarding stabilisation.
- Coordinate agreed SLAs for CV review, interview scheduling and feedback.
- Escalate ageing activity, blockers and repeated process non-compliance through agreed governance routes.
- Support recruitment reporting and dashboard accuracy.
