Per la nostra Business Unit, Premium End User Support, all'interno del team Control Room, siamo alla ricerca di un/una System Administrator che si occuperĂ delle attivitĂ di trouble shooting di I e II livello. Insieme al resto del team, e in sinergia con il team IT del cliente, la figura si occuperĂ anche di fornire supporto reattivo e proattivo, monitoraggio e gestione delle infrastrutture per conto di clienti nazionali ed internazionali.
Requisiti Richiesti- Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza professionale in campo sistemistico, preferibilmente in contesti di Supporto ed Helpdesk.
- AttivitĂ di supporto ad utenti e conoscenza dell'utilizzo di sistemi di trouble ticketing e sistemi di monitoraggio.
- Ambient di virtualizzazione (preferibilmente VMware)
- Sistemi Windows
- Base di sistemi Linux
- Active Directory
- Office 365 strumenti di collaboration
- Base DNS
- Base DHCP e base di problemi legati ad apparati di rete (switch/fw)
- Lavoro da remoto
- Orario di lavoro su turnazioni H24
