For our Business Unit, Premium End User Support, within the Control Room team, we are looking for a System Administrator who will be responsible for troubleshooting activities at levels I and II. Together with the rest of the team, and in synergy with the client's IT team, the individual will also provide reactive and proactive support, monitoring, and management of infrastructures on behalf of national and international clients.
Requirements:- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in system administration, preferably in Support and Helpdesk contexts.
- Support activities for users and knowledge of trouble ticketing systems and monitoring systems.
- Virtualisation environments (preferably VMware)
- Windows systems
- Basic Linux systems
- Active Directory
- Office 365 collaboration tools
- Basic DNS
- Basic DHCP
- Basic knowledge of network device issues (switch/fw)
- Remote work
- Shift work H24
- Membership in protected categories under art. 18 L. 68/99 may be a preferential title, but is not a mandatory requirement.
