- Manage and maintain the integrity of Qinecsa’s CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting.
- Develop and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and event promotion.
- Support alignment with sales by ensuring campaign and lead tracking flows smoothly into CRM.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key customer segments (pharma, biotech, CROs).
- Coordinate the creation of marketing assets (emails, landing pages, social posts) to support campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs (leads, MQLs, ROI), and use data to optimise activities and reporting.
- General Marketing
- Support the Director of Marketing with go-to-market strategies for new service lines and product launches.
- Support the marketing team with content creation including thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns, whitepapers, and social media assets.
- Manage external agency relationships and freelancers where needed.
- Maintain consistent brand application across all channels and campaigns.

- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance or the broader pharmaceutical services landscape is a plus.
