We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and experienced treasury professional to lead the treasury operations team of Qinecsa. This role will play a key part in managing the Group’s liquidity, facilitating timely and accurate cash forecasting, and supporting the optimisation of banking operations across multiple international entities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global treasury function.
- Ensure that our financial resources support our strategic goals.
- Manage risk carefully while enabling growth.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Treasury Strategy and Operations
- Own the weekly production of the board short term cash flow forecast and all supporting information.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll teams alongside wider finance.
- Develop and implement a clear treasury strategy that supports business growth.
- Manage daily liquidity and optimise global cash flow structures.
- Ensure strong internal controls across all treasury activities.
- Identify and implement a new cash / bank reporting tool that integrates with our ERP (NetSuite).
Banking and Financial Risk Management
- Ensure accurate weekly bank reconciliations are produced and reviewed.
- Own the daily cash reporting process.
- Own the bank mandates and contribute to ongoing efforts to rationalise and simplify the group’s banking structure.
- Maintain and negotiate ongoing banking relationships.
- Manage the funding activities for all group entities and any required intragroup funding.
- Monitor financial risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and governance standards.
Required Skills and knowledge
- Relevant Treasury professional qualification.
- Strong experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Experience managing banking structures and financing arrangements in an international group.
- Knowledge of ERP NetSuite and its integration with banking systems.
- Clear communication with board members and executives.
