That is why leading health authorities, pharma, and biotech companies trust us as their single, accountable partner.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that build Qinecsa's brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, creative development, and campaign management across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Event Management
    • Plan, coordinate and execute Qinecsa's global event calendar, including trade shows, conferences, and hosted roundtables.
    • Oversee end-to-end logistics: booth design, promotional materials, delegate management, and pre/post-event communications.
    • Track event ROI and lead generation, collaborating closely with the commercial team.
  • Webinars & Virtual Events
    • Own the strategy and execution of Qinecsa's webinar and digital event programme—from content planning and speaker coordination to promotion and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-value content for key buyer personas.
    • Measure webinar performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • CRM & Database Management
    • Manage and maintain the integrity of Qinecsa's CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting.
    • Develop and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and event promotion.
    • Support alignment with sales by ensuring campaign and lead tracking flows smoothly into CRM.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key customer segments (pharma, biotech, CROs).
    • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets (emails, landing pages, social posts) to support campaigns.
    • Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs (leads, MQLs, ROI), and use data to optimise activities and reporting.
  • General Marketing
    • Support the Director of Marketing with go-to-market strategies for new service lines and product launches.
    • Support the marketing team with content creation including thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns, whitepapers, and social media assets.
    • Manage external agency relationships and freelancers where needed.
    • Maintain consistent brand application across all channels and campaigns.

Skills and Competencies

  • 5+ years' B2B marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, health tech, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience in event management, including conference attendance and internal webinar programme management.
  • Proficient in English with strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Experience managing digital channels, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho or Salesforce), WordPress and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of pharmacovigilance or the broader pharmaceutical services landscape is a plus.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to make an impact at a fast-growing, innovation-led company.
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven culture focused on patient safety.
  • Flexible work arrangements and supportive team environment.
