This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can translate complex software functionality into digestible learning experiences in a variety of delivery formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of adult learning theory and will be skilled at conducting needs assessments, storyboarding eLearning modules, capturing and editing videos, designing and developing scenarios, interactions, and simulations, and delivering instructor-led training (ILT) and product demos.
