Job Description
QIMA is seeking a Business Analyst to help design, maintain, and optimise our Revenue Operations processes, process maps, and integrations. This role sits at the intersection of data, process optimization, and business strategy, ensuring alignment across the revenue engine and enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. The role is ideal for someone with analytical skills, systems-minded, comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams, and who wants to support a fast-growing B2B services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Data: Document processes to ingest contact and company data from all sources (web, CMS, email, social, search, legacy applications) and support teams working on seamless integration into CRM and related systems, reducing friction for internal teams and customers.
- Scalability: Recommend simplification of processes and workflows for efficient scaling as we expand. Support teams working to accelerate integration of newly acquired company systems and data.
- Problem-Solving: Translate complex challenges into practical solutions, breaking large projects into phases that deliver incremental value.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear documentation, workflow diagrams, and deployment notes for proposed process changes. Support creation of user guides and user training.
- Testing & Deployment: Support QA, UAT, and change management processes. Assist with release coordination and change rollouts to production with minimal disruption.
- Collaboration: Work in an agile/sprint cadence with CRM, web, and data teams; participate in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product users to ensure solutions meet cross-functional needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably as part of a team focused on Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM or a similar process-focused function.
- Proven experience documenting business processes and workflows, with skills for identifying potential process improvements and opportunities to streamline.
- Experience working with CRM systems (ideally Zoho CRM) and related lead-to-cash tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue models, go-to-market processes, and commercial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English-language communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-growing or multi-entity B2B environment.
- Experience applying AI and automation to process mapping and documentation.
- Exposure to change management, system migrations, or scaling operational processes.
Employment type: Part-time flexible or fixed-term contractor role (hours negotiable; estimated 20 hours/week)
