Overview
QiH is a fast-growing, innovative, and progressive scale-up business headquartered in London with a collective of brilliant brains in Skopje. We specialise in multi-channel marketing. Data is at the core of what we do, and our people are at the heart of our success. We’re expanding and looking for people passionate about solving problems to fuel our growth and eager to grow alongside our fast-paced, forward-thinking organization.
The Role
Our Operations team is growing! We’re looking for a hands-on Program Manager to build and lead our PMO from the ground up. In this role, you’ll own the planning and delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives, working closely with wider business units to keep projects moving and ensure outcomes deliver real business impact. You’ll set the standard for “what good looks like” in delivery—introducing governance, tools, and reporting that give the Exec Team clarity and confidence. Beyond delivery, you’ll shape the future structure of the PMO, coach colleagues in best practices, and eventually grow the team as the organisation scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Ownership (Hands-On Delivery) – Own planning and execution of cross-functional strategic programs.
- Work with wider business teams to unblock delivery and align resources.
- Ensure programs deliver business value, not just outputs.
- Establish PMO Framework – Set up governance structures, rituals, templates, and tools to track initiative health, risk, and status.
- Define what “good delivery” looks like across teams (cadences, documentation, measurement).
- Create a central project tracker with clear ownership, dependencies, and reporting lines.
- Leadership & Capability Building – Define the future structure of the PMO: roles, competencies, roadmap.
- Coach other team members in project management best practices.
- Hire and manage future Project Managers or Coordinators as the org scales.
- Operational Reporting – Provide the COO and Exec Team with program dashboards, risk alerts, and delivery confidence updates.
- Introduce monthly/quarterly initiative reviews with leads.
- Ensure project outcomes are tied to KPIs (e.g., revenue, cycle time, retention lift).
- Continuous Improvement – Run retrospectives, implement learnings, and raise the bar for future projects.
- Work with function leads to embed lightweight delivery discipline into their teams.
About You
- Program/project management experience in high-growth or multi-brand environments
- Experience setting up PMO tools, rituals, and governance from scratch
- Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to manage up, down, and across
- Confident in using delivery tooling (Jira, Atlassian suite, Hubspot, etc.)
- Outcome-obsessed: knows how to keep projects tied to business impact
- Bonus: experience in performance marketing, igaming, DTC or affiliate space | Exposure to multiple markets (UK, US, EU)
- You thrive when working as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills
- Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!
What You’ll Get
- Competitive Base Salary
- Company Bonus Scheme
- Private Health Care (Bupa)
- Travel Insurance
- Market Leading Training Programme
- Recognition & Reward Scheme
- Annual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)
- Regular Happy Hour / Team Lunches
- Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
