We are recruiting on behalf of an established domiciliary care and supported living provider delivering services across the Birmingham area.
This is an interim, full-time on-site role for an experienced Service Manager to support a supported living service in Birmingham for an initial 3-month period. The postholder will provide day-to-day leadership, oversee service delivery, support staff performance, maintain safe and effective care, and help drive improvement across quality, compliance, and operational systems.
A clinical background is essential, with the ability to step in quickly and provide confident, hands-on leadership from the outset. Previous CQC registration experience and TDDI experience are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Registered healthcare professional with a clinical background essential, with Learning Disabilities Nurse qualification preferred, although any experienced candidate with a relevant clinical qualification will be considered.
- Proven management experience within domiciliary care, supported living, or similar health and social care services.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, compliance, and service improvement.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, work at pace, and provide confident interim support from day one.
