Purpose of the Role
To drive profitable growth of QIC Trims' partitioning division by developing existing customer relationships, winning new business, managing key accounts and leading the partitioning sales strategy. The role will focus on glass partitioning systems, doors and associated products supplied to fit-out contractors, partitioning specialists, distributors and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed sales, gross margin and new business targets.
- Develop and implement a sales plan for the partitioning division.
- Identify and secure new customers across the commercial interiors sector.
- Increase sales of partitioning systems, doors and related products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities.
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and project reviews.
- Identify opportunities to increase spend from existing accounts.
