Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham. Our hotel is a 4-star, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course. We offer dining options, leisure facilities, and an Elemis spa.

Spa Therapist

Location: Hexham, Northumberland • Type: Permanent, Full-time

What you will do

  • Create a relaxing guest experience, whether the guest is staying in the hotel or visiting for a spa break.
  • Deliver a variety of treatments and, using your expertise, advise on the best products for the guest.
  • Sell a variety of products from our retail offer and upsell or book additional or further treatments.
  • Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors across the group to perfect your skills.

What we are looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, not essential
  • Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
