A growing wealth manager is seeking an experienced Data and Power BI Consultant to support the advancement of its data analytics capability. This role will focus on delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions, supporting the development of the data warehouse, and enhancing reporting standards across key business areas.

Working alongside the Head of Business Solutions and Data Analytics and the Data Analytics Supervisor, the successful candidate will lead Power BI development, contribute to data strategy, and engage with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver scalable reporting tools. The role also includes mentoring team members and supporting the wider business in making data-driven decisions. This position follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business intelligence and data warehousing within financial services
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling
  • Strong SQL and data transformation capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM, portfolio management and risk monitoring systems
  • Understanding of financial services regulatory and data compliance standards
  • Knowledge of PowerApps and cloud-based data platforms is advantageous
  • Prior experience in private wealth or investment management environments is preferred
