Project Manager – Investment Management (Buy-Side)
A leading global Investment Manager is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver front-to-back change initiatives. The first assignment will focus on risk and performance projects, with responsibility for overseeing a growing change team that is set to double from 10 to 20 people.
This position follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex projects, initially across risk and performance.
- Manage and scale a project team, driving growth from 10 to 20 members.
- Partner with portfolio managers, risk, performance, operations, and technology teams to ensure business priorities are met.
- Establish and maintain project governance, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within asset management / buy-side.
- Track record delivering projects in risk, performance, or related front office functions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience growing and managing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior-level engagement.
- Good understanding of the investment management lifecycle and operating environment.
