We work with some of the best asset managers in the UK and globally, placing talent into mid to senior, high-impact roles across technology and change. As the business continues to grow, I'm looking for a consultant to work alongside me to help continue to grow the business and provide our clients with the level of service that keeps them coming back.

About Qh4

We hold exclusive agreements with several of our clients, which also allow us to provide specialist consultancy services. Our in-house knowledge of the technology, change and asset management markets runs deep, and our buy-side presence has grown year on year. Our business development has all happened organically, which is a polite way of saying our work speaks for itself. We are small, flexible and particular about doing things the right way.

The role

You’ll work directly with me across our buy-side clients in a delivery-focused role:

  • Resourcing, with LinkedIn as a core tool, building communities and keeping in touch
  • Speaking with candidates and keeping processes moving from first call to offer
  • Account management across our key clients
  • Ability to think about where gaps may exist within our clients and offer solutions

What I’m looking for

  • Experience of managing processes end to end
  • Ideally a background in investment management, though any area of financial services will be considered
  • A genuine appetite for delivery, and the standards to do it properly

What’s on offer

  • A competitive base, plus a commission scheme / profit share and longer term equity plan
  • High earning potential in a growing business
  • Hybrid but mostly remote working, with a days in our London office when needed.
  • Regular contact with senior stakeholders at some of the most respected names in asset management
  • A manager who is, by most accounts, tolerable company

How to apply

Email me at ben@qh4consulting.com with your CV and a few lines on:

  • Why you want to work in recruitment
  • What appeals to you about this opportunity (just to check you have read the advert rather than just clicking on quick apply)! Cover letters shorter than this advert will be looked on favourably.
