We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our Costa Coffee team in one of our Sheffield Stores. This is a great opportunity for an experienced General Manager, Store Manager, or even an aspiring Assistant Manager, looking for their first opportunity to step up into a General Manager role.

A Costa Coffee General Manager's life is a busy one. We treat our General Managers as business owners; this is your business. That means the stock, standards, team, labour, and customers are all yours to own and grow. You will take accountability for the profit and loss, the look and feel of your store, and for delivering brand standards.

Responsibilities of a Coffee Shop General Manager at Costa Coffee:- Creating the perfect space for customers to kick back with our coffee - you will have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers need and the ability to think outside of the box to create memorable moments.
- Take ownership of all your controllable costs within your store through effective management of stock, labour, and training. Recognise the small wins and celebrate success along the way.
- Inspire the team to feel valued, get involved, and follow your lead enabling them to execute with excellence.
- Full accountability for maintaining brand standards and owning the health and safety within the store.
- Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
