Qflow Group is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Director Flood Risk Engineer to lead and develop our flood risk capability, expanding in-house modelling expertise. You will own the modelling area, establishing best practice while guiding a team of 5–6 flood risk staff and a parallel number of infrastructure engineers.
The role combines hands-on hydraulic modelling, project leadership, and client relationship development, with flexible and remote working options.
