About Qevlar AI
Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that strives to massively increase the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We develop AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Since our creation 2 years ago, we have raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital, been incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program), and deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA.
The Role
Security analysts are drowning in alerts and data. The tools exist, but the workflows don't match how humans actually think and work. You’ll own the product domain around investigation capabilities, analytics features, and how we surface insights to analysts. You’ll continuously improve how analysts interact with security data, understand threats, and make decisions. You’ll spend time with SOC analysts and MSSPs understanding their workflows, work with engineering to build features that handle complex security data, and figure out how to make powerful capabilities accessible and trustworthy. Technical complexity is real. You’re working with messy, high-volume security data across multiple domains. Customer trust is non-negotiable. MSSPs have specific operational and commercial constraints.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for our Intelligence Layer – from identifying what analysts need to shipping features that work in production.
- Work directly with SOC analysts and MSSPs to understand their workflows, validate designs, and iterate based on real operational feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to build features that handle complex, multi-source security data.
- Design capabilities that are powerful but trustworthy – analysts need to understand and control what’s happening.
- Define success metrics and track whether your features actually improve analyst efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with GTM on positioning and packaging as these capabilities evolve.
- Navigate the operational and commercial constraints of MSSP environments.
Required Who you are
- 4+ years as a Product Manager in security operations, security analytics, or technical enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of how SOCs work – you’ve spent time with analysts and understand investigation workflows, alert fatigue, and the gap between tools and reality.
- Technically credible – you can discuss graph databases, ML models, correlation logic, and API integrations with engineers without getting lost.
- Customer obsessed – you proactively seek out users, watch them work, and let their reality shape what you build.
- Comfortable with ambiguity – you can take broad problem spaces and create concrete roadmaps without needing perfect specs.
- Strong communication skills – you can explain complex technical concepts to customers and translate customer problems into engineering requirements.
Nice To Have
- Experience with security analytics, investigation, or detection platforms.
- Understanding of how SOCs handle high-volume alert environments.
- Prior work with MSSPs or multi-tenant security environments.
- Experience shipping AI/ML features in production (beyond prototypes).
- Comfort with data-intensive products and complex backend systems.
You’ll Struggle Here If
- You don’t enjoy getting into the technical details.
- You need clear requirements and defined problems before you can move.
- You prefer strategy decks to shipping features and talking to customers.
- You can’t deal with the pace and ambiguity of building genuinely new capabilities.
Why join us
- Work on challenging problems in security operations: helping analysts cut through noise and focus on real threats.
- Join a small product team where your decisions directly shape what we build and how we grow.
- Build products deployed at Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs.
- A company culture that values technical depth, customer obsession, and moving fast.
- Opportunity for equity and early ownership.
- We’re flexible on location – you can either work from home or join your colleagues in our beautiful office in Paris’ 9th arrondissement.
