About Qevlar AI

Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.

In just three years, we have:

  • Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
  • Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
  • Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence
  • Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and ambitious goals for 2026

Why This Role Exists

UK&I and the Nordics already deliver some of our strongest enterprise and MSSP signals. We're hiring our first dedicated Sales Director for the region to make a ready-to-run team of 3 AEs win. This is a first-line management role, not a player-coach, not an IC. You don't carry a personal quota. Your job is to develop the team, show up at the moments that matter in their deals, and co-own regional coverage with our Channel Partner Manager.

Your Mission

  • Develop the team. Own forecast, pipeline health, and team attainment. Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and structured deal reviews. Coach MEDDPICC, discovery, multi-threading, negotiation. Raise the bar across the three AEs.
  • Show up in the deals that matter. Inject yourself at high-leverage moments, CISO conversations, stalled POVs, procurement, strategic QBRs. Force multiplier, not co-seller. The AE owns the deal.
  • Co-own the territory with Channel. Partner with our Channel Partner Manager (peer) to map every named Enterprise account to a partner coverage plan. Make sure your AEs and our partners attack the market as one motion.

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 8 years in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years as a first-line sales manager of an AE team
  • Cybersecurity experience selling to SOC, SecOps, or CISO buyers (or strong adjacent AI/data infrastructure)
  • Track record of team quota attainment ≥100% across 2+ years
  • Hands-on experience managing both direct Enterprise and MSSP/channel AEs
  • Real partnership with a Channel function, joint territory mapping, co-sell, clean rules of engagement
  • Structured methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM), you teach it, not just use it
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus.

Why join us

  • Competitive salary package (50% base, 50% commissions)
  • Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity
  • A high-impact role in a small, international, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape the company and its success
  • Shape the future of a product already making noise in AI + security circles
  • A company culture that values autonomy and creativity
  • Opportunity for equity and early ownership

If you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build the future of cybersecurity together!
