We are seeking a talented Quantitative Developer to join a leading trading team in the algorithmic trading space. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that combines cutting-edge technology with quantitative research to deliver impactful trading solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers to iterate on research processes and enhance trading strategies\’ P&L.
- Design, implement, and optimize Python tools for trading strategy research.
- Improve and maintain the existing simulation/backtest framework.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master\’s degree preferred).
- Strong experience developing and implementing execution algorithms.
- In-depth understanding of market microstructure across multiple asset classes.
- Minimum of 5 years of Python development experience, including expertise in libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and Polars.
- Proficiency in C++ development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.
