I am recruiting for a 4-year PQE Real Estate role in London. My client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who is able to handle a broad spectrum of matters. You will be responsible for site acquisition and disposal, investment, development, landlord and tenant, plot sales, estate management, and property finance work. You should also be capable of handling purchases & sales financing, as well as leases of residential property for investors and traders.
This is a friendly, down-to-earth law firm. You will typically work with owner-managed businesses and handle cases valued up to approximately £50 million.
