I am working on an exciting opportunity for a corporate and commercial solicitor to join one of the most established practices across the West Midlands. My client is looking for a corporate and commercial solicitor to handle a varied caseload and play a key role in the growth of the highly rated department.

They seek someone capable of managing their own caseload while eager to learn and develop alongside experienced lawyers in the region.

The typical caseload includes:

• Sale and purchase of businesses
• Share and asset purchases
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Share reorganisations
• Terms and conditions
• A range of commercial and employment contracts

This role offers responsibility over a diverse caseload and an excellent opportunity to develop in a challenging legal area through varied work.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
Flexible working arrangements available
