I have a fantastic opportunity for a hard working conveyancing assistant to join a friendly team that prioritises the growth and development of its employees. My client, a legal 500 firm, are looking for a legal professional, still early in their career, to assist fee earners with the administrative side of their varied caseloads.

This is a brilliant opportunity to benefit from excellent 121 training and mentoring, whilst taking on considerable responsibility within the conveyancing process.

The candidate can expect to assist fee earners with a caseload consisting of:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Lease extensions
  • Transfers
  • First Registration
  • New Builds
