Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager. Candidates need to be able to point to a proven track record in working with commercial contracts and agreements. Based in Wolverhampton, this company would like members of the legal team to come in the office three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the in-house legal team with the review, amendment & management of commercial contracts
- Working with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts are fit for purpose
- Assist with data privacy and intellectual property matters
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year’s experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and third party agreements
- Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Have a commercial/business outlook to their work
