The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, handling a broad mix of work including drafting wills, advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration and probate, and trusts and estate planning.
You will have the autonomy to run your own files while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team, ensuring a high standard of client care and technical delivery across all matters.
This role offers excellent exposure to a diverse client base and the opportunity to build long term client relationships while continuing to deepen your expertise.
The Candidate You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in wills and probate work, or equivalent experience.
You will demonstrate strong technical ability across a range of private client matters, alongside excellent attention to detail and a client focused approach.
The ability to manage your own caseload independently is key, as is a proactive and organised working style.
You will be a team player who contributes positively to a collaborative culture, with a genuine commitment to delivering high quality legal services.
STEP qualification, or working towards it, will be advantageous.
