QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Associate to join a well‑established, top‑tier law firm in Hertford, Herts. The role is a Private Client Solicitor position that offers a clear structure for progression and development within a large and successful team. It will involve managing a caseload in areas such as wills and estate planning, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, trusts and trust administration, and will include a supervisory element.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have 1+ year post‑qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice.
- Be experienced in handling a caseload that includes probate and administration of estates, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
- Hold, or be working towards, a private client‑specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE.
