The ideal candidate is a Litigation Solicitor with 2‑4 years of experience in General Litigation or a stronger background in Property Litigation. Our client seeks someone with a natural drive and passion for contentious and non‑contentious property work, and experience in handling a varied workload.
Responsibilities
- Handle property litigation matters such as landlord‑and‑tenant disputes, breach of lease claims, rent arrears, and service charge disputes.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations and court appearances.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
