Risk & Compliance Lawyer Hertfordshire Hybrid Working (3 days in office) Looking to move away from fee-earning and build a broader career in legal risk and compliance?

This could be a great opportunity for a lawyer with 3 years' PQE who wants hands-on exposure across data protection, AML, regulatory compliance and wider firmwide risk.

You'll join a supportive team and play a key role in helping strengthen the firm's risk and compliance framework.

What will you be doing?

Handling day-to-day data protection matters, including SARs and potential data breaches Supporting the DPO with GDPR and wider data protection queries Conducting AML and KYC checks as part of client onboarding Supporting ongoing AML compliance Contributing to firmwide risk and compliance projects Responding to risk queries and providing practical guidance Assisting with professional negligence claims Supporting client complaint responses Drafting and updating policies and procedures Carrying out file audits and compliance reviews What are they looking for?
