The Role

  • Join an established Commercial Property team and play an active role in its continued development and success.
  • Manage a varied caseload acting for landlords, developers, business owners, investors and landowners.
  • Advise on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, including investment and development matters.
  • Handle a broad range of commercial leases, licences and associated property arrangements.
  • Advise on property finance and secured lending matters.
  • Work on more sophisticated property arrangements including options, pre-emption agreements and overage agreements.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Corporate & Commercial, where property matters form part of wider business transactions.
  • Have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and direction of the commercial property offering rather than simply processing transactions.
  • Choose to be based from the Walsall, Cannock or Sutton Coldfield office, supported by an agile approach to working.
