I’m currently working with a well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm that is looking to add experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to its teams in both Wakefield and Bradford. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident running their own caseload and is looking for a role with a good level of responsibility, client contact and long-term progression.
The role involves managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, dealing with a varied range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, agents and other parties throughout the transaction
- Providing a high standard of client care
- Managing a busy caseload effectively and working to deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision and who can hit the ground running.
