A highly regarded and ambitious Legal 500 law firm with a strong and growing reputation in the Essex market is seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Lawyer to join its respected team. The department includes members of STEP and The Lifetime Lawyers Association and is recognised for delivering exceptional advice and service in all aspects of private client work.
The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload across the full spectrum of private client matters, working with a broad range of clients and their families. You will also play a key role in business development, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the team’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work.
- Manage and progress your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Deliver clear, confident, and empathetic advice to clients.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development activities, including networking, marketing, and client events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share expertise and ensure the highest standards of client care.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in private client law.
- Strong technical knowledge across the full range of private client services.
