Become a key member of an established Commercial Property team based in Sutton Coldfield. Take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters on behalf of an established client base. Advise on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, including matters involving investors, developers and owner-managed businesses. Handle commercial leases, licences, renewals and related property documentation. Provide advice on property finance and transactions involving secured lending. Work alongside colleagues across the wider firm to provide clients with joined-up commercial advice. Bring your own ideas and experience to the department and help contribute to its continued growth. Commercially aware and capable of translating technical legal advice into practical solutions for clients. Able to identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new sources of work. Interested in taking on greater responsibility and helping to build something rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
