Take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters on behalf of an established client base. Advise on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, including matters involving investors, developers and owner-managed businesses. Handle commercial leases, licences, renewals and related property documentation. Provide advice on property finance and transactions involving secured lending. Work alongside colleagues across the wider firm to provide clients with joined-up commercial advice. Bring your own ideas and experience to the department and help contribute to its continued growth.
