Job Description
We’re working with a well-established firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing team.

\nThis is a great role for someone who’s confident running their own caseload and enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment, while also supporting the Head of Branch with a mix of residential and commercial matters.
\n
\nWhat you’ll be doing You’ll be handling a varied caseload from start to finish, including:
\n
- \n\t
- Residential and commercial property transactions \n\t
- Managing files from instruction through to completion \n\t
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and documentation \n\t
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties \n\t
- Supporting the Head of Branch on conveyancing matters \n\t
- Spotting and resolving issues quickly to keep transactions moving \n\t
- Keeping files accurate, compliant and well-managed throughout \n
What we’re looking for
\n\n- \n\t
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in conveyancing \n\t
- Experience across both residential and commercial property (ideal) \n\t
- Confident managing your own caseload independently \n\t
- Strong communication and client care skills \n\t
- Organised, proactive and able to work at pace \n\t
- Comfortable using case management systems \n\t
- A practical, problem-solving approach \n
