A stand-out opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to be part of a new specialist team in a Legal 500-listed and Chambers and Partners-ranked law firm. The role has been created by one of the firm's directors. They have worked incredibly hard over the years and done ample business development to generate top-quality work for the department. You will be at the coal-face of genuinely interesting, high-value cases and work closely with the director to take the department forward. This role genuinely gives an incredible opportunity for someone junior to train alongside an industry leader, or for a highly experienced lawyer to hit the ground running in a head of department role.
The role involves:
- Working alongside a director to further establish the property litigation specialist offering in a highly reputable law firm.
- Working on interesting property litigation cases with an emphasis on commercial property litigation work.
- Working alongside an extremely bright and passionate paralegal.
The workload includes, but is not limited to:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes – arrears recovery, forfeiture and possession, dilapidations, lease renewals and terminations, tenant insolvency, and breach of covenant.
