An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm with an outstanding reputation for dispute resolution. Working directly alongside a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner, this role offers exceptional exposure to high-value and complex commercial disputes whilst providing genuine long-term career development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Working exclusively alongside a Commercial Litigation Partner on a broad range of contentious matters
  • Assisting with complex commercial disputes, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery matters, and general business litigation
  • Drafting high-quality legal documents, correspondence, witness statements, court applications, and bundles
  • Conducting legal research and preparing detailed case summaries
  • Liaising directly with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties
  • Assisting with case strategy, disclosure exercises, and trial preparation
  • Managing your own workload whilst supporting high-value and technically challenging litigation matters
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience within Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, or Dispute Resolution
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Experience using case management systems and litigation software
  • Genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Commercial Litigation
