A fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor looking to build their career with a forward-thinking, modern, commercial law firm. This is a fantastic chance to join a small and thriving team and work alongside 2 partners with distinctively different backgrounds, which include training and experience gained in Tier 1 Legal 500 law firms in London and the Northwest.
You will be at the coalface of transactions working with blue chip clients on a wide range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, development work, real estate finance and much more. You’ll step into a full caseload from day one, working closely with the highly experienced partner team while having full legal support from PA’s, assistants and paralegals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with post-qualification Real Estate experience. Ideally 1 year PQE +.
- Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered.
- Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, and transactions independently.
- Client-facing confidence with excellent relationship-building skills.
- A proactive team player with the ambition to grow.
