Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
- Conducting searches and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
- Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
- Supporting the wider property team as required
Requirements:

- Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity
