QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Assistant, to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a small caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
They’re offering 1 to 2 days from home, a bonus, flexi hours, focus on training and support, a large team of over 15+ people with mixed abilities, a nice relaxed environment, good culture, good retention rates, good reputation, and will fund qualifications if interested.
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
