Fantastic opportunity for a junior Solicitor (NQ - 4 PQE) to join this top tier legal 500 practice with a fantastic reputation across the North of England.

Due to the rural location, this firm are happy to provide training within commercial property for any junior solicitors with existing property experience (residential, property litigation, agricultural).

You will be joining a team of 15+ and be working with Legal 500-listed Partners on a diverse range of transactions to include: sales & purchases, property development, construction, portfolio management, leisure and tourism, landlord and tenant, property finance, planning & environment.

As the most established firm in the region, you will be exposed to a quality client base and be dealing with large regional & national clients, as well as global PLC's and blue chip companies.

You MUST be willing to relocate to Cumbria / Lake District for this role, and embrace working in a different pace of life where work/life balance and culture are high on the agenda.

There is also scope to progress with a clear career development structure, as well as being provided with one-on-one training by an experienced Partner.
