A deep rooted firm who have several offices across idyllic market towns in North Yorkshire are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them on a full time basis, in an office that suits them. The conveyancing team itself is set up so it’s really low volume but incredible quality, with conveyancers having no more than 30 new matters a month and that is the absolute cap.
There are conveyancers in every office and every conveyancer has an assistant so that you can concentrate on providing a high level of client care and service. The caseload will include all types of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion.
Ideally, you will be a qualified conveyancer but they are open to conversations depending on the years of experience within the conveyancing space. It’s a great opportunity to join one of the best firms in the area.
You can work from home 2 days a week and there’s a salary of up to £50,000 on offer, depending on experience.
