A leading South Yorkshire practice is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them in Sheffield. They are looking for either a Senior Associate that is 6 PQE, or a Director that is 9 PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys high-quality client work, business development and playing a key role within a collaborative department who enjoys being in a leadership position.
You will handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, while also supporting the wider team through supervision, mentoring and promoting best practice across the department. The successful candidate will be confident building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships, contributing to marketing and networking initiatives, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and team-oriented approach
- Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous
