An opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join an award-winning, modern firm. You will assist on all aspects of Private Client matters, including but not limited to Wills, Trusts, Probate and Court of Protection. You will manage your own caseload of files and have the opportunity to work with highly experienced lawyers. We are looking for a solicitor who can bring a strong skillset to support our firm.
Candidate Criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor 5+ PQE.
- Specialist in Private Client law with experience in Probate and providing advice on inheritance tax and estate planning.
- Excellent client care from building client relationships to maintaining a client base.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Team development from training to supporting junior professionals.
- Enforcing processes and procedures in the department.
