Fantastic opportunity to join this nationally recognised Top 100 practice who are looking to expand their private client department due to continued levels of new instructions. This firm has several offices throughout the UK and has a raft of Chambers & L500 ranked Partners in each. Their private client team is Tier 1 ranked and has a fantastic reputation whilst dealing with the highest quality work possible.
As this is a Senior Associate / Legal Director role, you will ideally be a Solicitor with at least 8 Years' PQE+ and have experience of providing top quality private client advice. There will be scope to deal with high net worth clients with a particular focus on high value trust matters. You will be expected to be dealing with a low volume of matters and be purely focused on quality service.
This firm is a commercial Legal 500 practice, so many of the clients you will be dealing with will have high value assets and are High Net Worth clients. Work is regularly referred on by the commercial teams and you will be expected to deal with an affluent client base and in particular you will be dealing with complex Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax issues.
This position is for a qualified solicitor with at least 6 Years PQE + and ideally STEP membership, however STEP is not essential. There are opportunities for both Associate & Senior Associate Solicitors. STEP qualification is preferred.
