An opportunity for a Senior Post-Completions Assistant to join us at a well-regarded high street firm. We are a friendly and supportive team, the opposite of a conveyancing factory. We can be flexible with start and finish times to avoid traffic.

Requirements:

  • As a Post Completions Assistant, you will provide post completions support to the residential conveyancing fee earners.
  • All elements of the legal administration function, specifically dealing with Stamp Duty submissions and Land Registry.
  • Other duties include file opening, electronic onboarding tasks, dealing with routine client enquiries, and reporting and updating external portals.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing department.
  • Demonstrating good organisational skills and being determined to progress.
