Senior Planning Solicitor / Partner - Quality Work & Hybrid Working

Position OverviewFantastic opportunity not to be missed at this outstanding Top 50 law firm with a major regional presence, looking to expand its Planning & Development team. We seek a Solicitor with at least 5 Years\’ PQE to join as a Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner and take a significant role within the national Planning team. The existing team is split nationally; we aim to establish a stronger regional presence and are open to growing the team from any regional office, providing scope to lead growth within your office and team.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe work covers a broad spread of planning matters, including:

Non-contentious legal agreements

Planning enforcement

CPO

Highways / public rights of way

Planning strategy and new town advice

Advising local government, social housing clients, individuals, large private and charitable estates, and retail operators

CPO & Land Tribunal work

The department acts for a range of clients and provides comprehensive planning support.

QualificationsSolicitor with at least 5 Years\’ PQE seeking roles of Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner.

Benefits and CompensationSalary band is wide, with a lower end around £80,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, there is an additional bonus scheme and flexibility, including hybrid working (2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home).
