Salary: Competitive + Benefits The Opportunity Our global client is seeking a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy and dynamic in-house legal team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts while receiving full support to develop your technical and commercial legal skills .

You’ll be part of a highly regarded team, contributing to interesting legal matters across multiple regions, and will have clear opportunities for career progression within the department.

About the Role As a Commercial Lawyer , you will: Draft, review, and negotiate high value, complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.

Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to manage legal risk.

Support the team in delivering high-quality, business-oriented legal solutions.

About You The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified solicitor (England Wales) with 7-15 years PQE (guideline).

Have strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation .

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

Demonstrate a commercial mindset , able to balance legal risk with business needs.

Be motivated to grow within a successful in-house legal team handling multi-jurisdictional work.

Applicants outside the PQE range are encouraged to apply if they have the relevant experience.
